Know more about Jazmin

I’m an Accredited Practicing Dietitian who studied on the Gold Coast but have recently moved back to Mackay, tropical North Queensland.  I am a passionate foodie, but also have a high interest in nutrition, health and wellbeing, and in addition to this, the sciences involved.  My goal as a dietitian is to work together to support clients and the community on their own nutrition journey to be able to achieve their nutrition goals with an evidenced-based approach in a sustainable way.

Outside of being a dietitian, I love immersing myself in the outdoors, whether that be hiking around local areas, camping or exercising with friends and family or reading a book.

I am a newly graduated dietitian with a Bachelor of Dietetics (Hons) and have a  year of experience working in both hospital & private practice settings during university placements. I am particularly passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment for my clients, and sharing my knowledge and tools to support others to reach their health and nutrition goals, and improve overall health. I am also passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food and am particularly interested the role nutrition plays in chronic disease prevention and gut health. Outside of work I enjoy going to farmer’s markets, playing netball, travelling, coffee and adventuring/snuggling up with my two Frenchie’s, Duke and Nala.

Hi, I’m Chloe, an Accredited Practising Dietitian who has recently relocated from the beautiful Blue Mountains to sunny Hervey Bay.

I’m passionate about helping people feel confident and empowered in their health journey through practical, evidence-based nutrition advice. My approach is warm, supportive, and realistic—focusing on small, sustainable changes that make a big difference over time.

I have experience working in private practice, supporting clients with a range of health concerns including diabetes, chronic disease management, and weight concerns. I have a special interest in women’s health and diabetes, and love working with individuals to find strategies that suit their lifestyle and goals.

Outside of work you would usually find me reading a good book, spending time at the gym, or baking something sweet.
